My all-time delicacy – Khichdi
What would you do if you are already overwhelmed with all the foods and desserts there is on offer? It happened to me recently. I was having donuts, pizzas, ice cream, chocolate every other day. I was obsessed with them but at the same time overwhelmed. And soon I fell into the age old dilemma of “what to eat?”
So just for a change, I switched to the humble home food – “Khichdi” – a mix of rice, lentils, all kinds of vegetables and a few spices. And in no time, things were back to good 🙂
